Who are we?

Chi siamo?

Siamo un gruppo di italiani e stranieri, residenti  a Genova e provincia, di età e provenienza diversa, che desiderano socializzare in inglese.

Who are we?

We are a group of Italians and expats living in and around Genoa, bound by our common interest in the English language. We come from all walks of life and age ranges and aim to get together to socialise whilst practicing this wonderful international language.

What types of event do we run?

Che cosa organizziamo?

Aperitivi in lingua inglese con musica e ricco buffet.

La consumazione è facoltativa e non è richiesta nessuna iscrizione.

“Aperitivos” in English with music and a tasty buffet in a smart venue.

The drink is optional and no membership is required.

 

Dove e quando?

Ogni giovedì, dalle 19:30 alle 23:30, in un diverso bar del centro. Nella bella stagione ci spostiamo sul lungomare.
Il nome del locale verrà pubblicato sul nostro BLOG. Se siete iscritti a Facebook, riceverete l’invito ogni settimana.

Where and when?

Every Thursday, from 7:30pm to 11:30pm, in a different bar in the city centre. During the mild season, we usually move to the waterfront.

The name and address of the venue will be issued on our Blog; if you sign up to our Facebook group, you will receive an invitation every week.

Obiettivo

Il nostro obiettivo è di realizzare eventi di vario tipo (aperitivi, cene, gite, tornei, mostre, ecc) al fine di costituire la prima comunità anglofona di Genova.

Our mission:

Our mission is to set up several events such as “aperitivos”, dinners, visits to exhibits, day trips, tournaments, etc,  in order to create the very first connected English speaking community in Genoa.

Chi stiamo cercando?

Madrelingua inglesi, persone con un livello della lingua intermedio o avanzato, studenti, turisti, uomini/donne d’affari e chiunque abbia voglia di praticare o perfezionare l’inglese per motivi diversi.

Who are we looking for?

Native English speakers are welcome as well as those with an intermediate or advanced language level. We also invite tourists, business people, students and anyone else who enjoys speaking English to join us!
